BAKERSFIELD, CA – The Bakersfield-Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative (BKRHC) Executive Board has named Rick Ramos as the new Executive Director of the BKRHC.

Over the last six months, Ramos has held the position of Interim Executive Director while simultaneously occupying his role as Data Analyst. He is a founding member of the BKRHC joining the team in June 2020 as an Administrative Analyst.
