Bakersfield Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative is an independent 501(C)3 nonprofit organization committed to transparency and the highest ethical standards in our conduct and governance. 

Bakersfield Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative serves as the fiscal agent and collaborative applicant for the Bakersfield/Kern County Continuum of Care (CoC), a regional U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-recognized CoC. All Board and Committee Meetings of BKRHC and the CoC are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act, which guarantees the public’s right to attend and participate in meetings of local legislative bodies. This page includes information intended to facilitate public participation in the governance and operations of BKRHC and the CoC.
