Continuum of Care University
The Continuum of Care (CoC) University is the training source for CoC staff to learn or refresh their knowledge and skills to better serve our guests, clients, and residents.
Training phases and days can be found below along with their associated topics. Videos will be uploaded to the BKRHC website a few days after training has taken place for those who were not able to attend and for use during new staff onboarding.
