Business Manager

The Bakersfield-Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative (BKRHC) is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. This key leadership position oversees BKRHC’s day-to-day business operations, including budgeting and financial reporting, payroll, grants and contracts, procurement, compliance, staff supervision, and organizational policies and procedures. The Business Manager also works closely with community organizations, government agencies, and service providers to support effective operations and advance BKRHC’s mission throughout Kern County. Salary: $66,664–$99,985 annually
