Every five years, the Kern County Planning and Natural Resources Department completes a study: Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. As part of our research, we invite citizens to share their perspective on fair housing issues. The report is submitted to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as part of Kern County’s ongoing funding process.
