Point-in-Time (PIT) Count Details
Thank you for signing up to volunteer for the 2024 Kern County Point-in-Time (PIT) Count on January 24, 2024. Your dedication to this work will help us address homelessness in the community. All volunteers are required to attend mandatory two-hour training, regardless of past PIT count experience.
Below you will find the training dates, times and locations, which will be conducted in-person and virtually. Please select one of the trainings that work best for you. You only need to attend one training.

After you attend your mandatory training session, you will be placed on a PIT count team. An email with your team number and registration and parking information will be sent to you prior to January 24, 2024. If you are unable to attend any of the training dates, we encourage you to sign up again next year.
